The staff and volunteers of SMFHC and MBC mentor and guide our youth and young adults so they can grow deeply in their relationship with God and thrive in their Orthodox faith in a meaningful, transformative way that permeates all aspects of life.
WE WILL BUILD
Our Metropolis clergy, lay leaders, and communities gather at SMFHC for a safe and welcoming environment where they can reflect, share, and work to strengthen their parishes and ministries. We must invest in and endow the infrastructure of SMFHC so that it will continue to serve as a resource to parishes for generations to come.
WE WILL KEEP
Preserving our cultural heritage and traditions is a hallmark of SMFHC. We will continue to be a leader in advancing the passage of this legacy from generation to generation while continuously adapting to serve the changing needs and demographics of our faithful and the surrounding community.

For over 35 years, the MBC camping and retreat programs have been at the forefront of shaping the future of youth and young adult ministries. We are committed to continuing our legacy of innovation by creating transformative, safe, and dynamic experiences that empower young lives, inspire tomorrow's leaders, and set the standard for youth ministries everywhere. Together, we will lead the way, ensuring that our programs remain a beacon of excellence and faith for generations to come.
